What Makes Us Different?

We come from an OHS background. Our Principal Consultant Edel Langan is a Chartered Health and Safety Professional. Edel previously worked as OHS consultant for 8 years before moving into HSEQ Management Systems and auditing. Our OHS background means we apply a very risk based approach to everything we do!

Edel’s interest in business and business success came earlier though. Growing up a busy dairy farm provided a practical understanding of continuous improvement, managing processes, risk and change, ongoing monitoring and measurement, as well as the importance of having relevant goals and a clear vision for success.

It has led to a career that involves helps organizations, of all sizes on their continuous improvement journey, and has shaped the continuous improvement philosophy and focus of Vision Strategies.
